About the Principal

Todd Bailey, PE, MBA is a registered professional engineer with over fourteen years of experience in the Architecture/ Engineering/Construction industry. He has extensive experience working with building departments, architects, engineers, contractors, and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance to adopted building code standards and local ordinances. Todd has provided plan review services to over forty jurisdictions, and spent three years as a local jurisdiction employee performing architectural, structural, energy conservation and disabled access reviews for both residential and commercial structures.

The TRB+ team includes ICC/ICBO certified individuals and licensed professional engineers who are experienced in the building safety industry.
